At PRACOWNIA FORM, we understand that handmade sculptures require special care during transportation.

Every sculpture is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to ensure that it reaches our customers safely and in excellent condition.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide shipping to:

  • all countries of the European Union;

Ukraine.

We currently do not ship to countries outside these areas.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within:
up to 3 business days

from the moment the order has been successfully processed and payment has been confirmed.

The processing time does not include transportation time.

3. Delivery Time

After the order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Poland: up to 3 business days;

European Union countries and Ukraine: up to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • carrier delays;
  • holidays;
  • weather conditions;
  • transportation issues;
  • unexpected events.

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are:
Poland
39 PLN
European Union Countries and Ukraine
69 PLN

The final shipping cost will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders with a total value of:
3,000 PLN or more

The free shipping option will be applied automatically during checkout after reaching the required order value.

6. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped using standard delivery services provided by our logistics partners.

The package will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided in the shipping confirmation message.

8. Secure Packaging

Every sculpture created by PRACOWNIA FORM is unique and requires appropriate protection.

Before shipment, each product is carefully prepared and protected according to:

  • size;
  • shape;
  • material;
  • artistic characteristics.

Our goal is to minimize any risk of damage during transportation.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • order number;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs of the package;
  • photographs of the damaged product.

We also recommend keeping the original packaging until the case has been resolved.

After reviewing the situation, we will determine the appropriate solution.

10. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

PRACOWNIA FORM is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

  • incorrect address information;
  • incomplete contact details;
  • inability to deliver due to customer-provided errors.

11. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

However, PRACOWNIA FORM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including:

  • courier delays;
  • transportation problems;
  • extreme weather conditions;
  • force majeure events.
