At PRACOWNIA FORM, we create unique handmade sculptures with great attention to detail and quality.

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if an issue occurs with your order, we are committed to handling each situation fairly and professionally.

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable laws, including European Union consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within:
14 calendar days

from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us before the end of this period.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be reported within the required period;
  • remain in unchanged condition;
  • not show signs of use;
  • not have mechanical damage caused by the customer;
  • be properly protected for return transportation.

Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our products, returned items must be handled with appropriate care.

Products damaged or altered by the customer may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the individual situation.

Before sending any product back, please contact us first.

We will provide instructions regarding the return process and inform you about the next steps.

4. Damaged Products and Manufacturing Defects

If the product:

  • has a manufacturing defect;
  • arrived damaged during transportation;
  • is inconsistent with the order;
  • please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package.

Please include:

  • order number;
  • description of the problem;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the packaging if the issue concerns shipping damage.

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • repair of the product;
  • replacement if possible;
  • refund.

5. Warranty

PRACOWNIA FORM provides warranty protection only for:
manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover:

  • mechanical damage;
  • accidental damage;
  • improper use;
  • improper maintenance;
  • damage caused by the customer;
  • normal wear and tear.

6. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected after arrival.

If the product meets the return requirements, we will proceed with the refund process.

If the product has been damaged, modified, or used beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition, the refund may be reduced or refused in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Refund Process

After the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed:
within up to 14 business days

from the moment the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

8. Products Not Eligible for Return

A return may be refused or limited if the product:

  • has signs of use;
  • has been damaged by the customer;
  • has been improperly stored or used;
  • has been modified after delivery.

These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Provide your order number and describe the reason for the request.

Receive return instructions from our team.

Securely package the product.

Send the product according to the provided instructions.

Wait for product inspection and refund confirmation.

10. Handmade Product Characteristics

Because all PRACOWNIA FORM sculptures are handmade, natural variations may occur in:

  • colour;
  • texture;
  • shape;
  • surface details;
  • artistic finish.

These characteristics are a natural result of handmade production and make every sculpture unique.

They are not considered defects.
